I am sending this letter to commend and thank you for your professional service, especially today. Your employee... was very attentive to the issue of my being bit by a spider last week where I was in excruciating pain and could not fit my swollen foot into a shoe to drive anywhere. I pray that there will not be another experience like I had again. He explained many things to my son and me about spiders and especially, the wolf spider, that I was bit by, and was knowledgeable to give us insight into learning more about them and pest control.
At present, our home is on a quarterly basis. Since this is our first summer in Arizona, we will be on the alert to any increase around the property or inside the home of any arachnids. Should we see more activity in the coming weeks.....

We have had Ideal Pest Control taking care of our home for several years now. We really appreciate Ideal coming on scheduled days, but also upon occasion when we have needed some extra care. Our technician is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We like the fact that he doesn't spray all of our baseboards with chemicals, the powder is placed in specific areas out of our reach.
Since we have been with Ideal Pest Control, we rarely see an insect in our home, our pool area is clean and free of insects as well. We have been using Ideal Pest Control for several years now. When we lived in Mesa we had a lot of problems with scorpions until Ideal took over. I had the most mysterious ant problem in my kitchen. The ants were there one moment and gone the next. My Ideal technician came out and was able to figure out where the ants were coming from behind my dishwasher. He noticed they only came out when I turned the dishwasher on.
